Where structure and chaos dance together
Some stories are too big to fit in a small space. Large-scale work is where my art comes most fully alive. With a sleeve, a back piece, a thigh, or a chest, I have room to build a complete composition. Nature, human faces, animals, and abstract design weave together through layered watercolor tones and the graphic elements that give my work its structure. These pieces aren't placed on the body so much as grown around it, designed to move with you and become part of who you are.
After 18 years of tattooing, the work I'm most proud of has come from clients who trusted me with full, unrestricted creation. You bring the story, the feeling, and the meaning. I bring the vision to turn it into something you couldn't have imagined on your own. The Experience
My private studio, Alchemist Ink, was created to be more than a place to get tattooed. It's a space for connection, conversation, and transformation. People don't sit in my chair for ink alone. They come carrying stories, grief, hope, and questions, and I listen. Every large piece begins there, with who you are and what you're ready to carry forward.
Once your request is accepted, I design your tattoo by hand, shaping the composition around your body and the story you've shared. Large-scale work can be finished in a day but can also be completed over multiple sessions, allowing time for your skin to heal and each layer of color to reach its full vibrancy. It's a journey we take together, and the result is a piece of art you'll wear for the rest of your life.
Pricing
Large tattoos are four hours or more and are billed at $300 per hour, with a $300 drawing fee. The drawing fee covers the design process and reserves your place in my books.
Submit Your Request
The more I know, the better I can see your piece before we ever begin. In your request, share the story or meaning behind the tattoo, the placement and approximate size you have in mind, and any imagery, colors, or feelings you're drawn to. Include photos of the area you'd like tattooed, especially if there's existing work nearby. Most importantly, let me know how much creative freedom you're offering. The more space you give me, the more of myself I can pour into your piece.
